Refund policy
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your order, we can offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the items is damaged or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@modeunshop.com and we will provide you with instructions and a return address for an exchange.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us at hello@modeunshop.com and we will provide you with instructions and a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
