Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Note: During high-volume times (sales, holidays), processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll do our best to get your order out quickly!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently only ship to the United States and according to current rates as provided by USPS via either Ground Advantage or Priority service. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Carrier issues (weather, holidays, etc.)

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend choosing a trusted and secure delivery address.
